LAWYER UP: VIRTUAL SUMMER LAW CAMP
Katonga Wright Esq.
The COVID-19 pandemic has required us to pivot in how we conduct our annual summer law camp. Due to social distancing guidelines, we have decided to host our camp through a virtual platform.
We are pleased to announce the Wright Legal Group will be holding the Lawyer Up 2020: Virtual Summer Law Camp. The 3-day virtual camp will last July 13-15, 2020 from 9:00 am - 3:30 pm EST each day.
Approximately 16 high school and college students will converge on our virtual platform to embark on a real-world perspective of the inner workings of the legal and judicial system.
During the intense 3-day camp, students will learn about court structure, criminal and civil procedure, compete in a mock trial practice, attend workshops on law school planning, discuss leadership, ethics, government, and network with lawyers and judges. There will be a panel discussion each day, and the camp will conclude with a mock trial presentation by the campers, which will be streamed live to Master of My Fate' Facebook.
To sign up, the students will need to complete a registration form. These can be found by clicking the REGISTER HERE option on the top of the page.
